Mohammed was great. We used to visit here frequently but haven't in a couple years. Was very busy before but it was almost... empty and half the dining area was dark and used as storage for pizza boxes etc. Hopefully they aren't thinking of closing. Read more

I never write reviews but I just had the craaziest experience trying to order from here. I tried to order online an hour before... close and the system was not working. I then directly called the store to place an order 45 minutes before close and the personwho answered the phone was extremely put out about it. He kept repeating how he had to close but at that point the close timewas 45 minutes away so I was confused as to why he was implying I was doing something wrong... He told me I needed to be therebefore 9pm which I said was no problem (I was up the street). I couldn?t understand something he said so I asked him to repeatit and he started getting agitated and aggressive about it. He then told me he couldn?t process the order over the phone unlesshe had my full credit card information (card number, exp date, cvv, and zip code). I was confused as to why I couldn?t pay instore and told him I wasn?t comfortable giving him the security code over the phone. He then told me he could only place theorder if I came into the store within the next 10 minutes and at that point I didn?t feel comfortable walking in there alonewith how he was acting towards me. It felt weirdly sketchy. Ive worked in the service industry and I really empathize withwanting to get out of there at the end of the night. But i usually reserve my frustration for those who walk in at close and idefinitely wouldn?t be aggressive towards a customer because they felt uncomfortable giving out the security code on theircredit card!!!! Really hope this wasn?t the manager because of how unprofessional they acted. Read more
This Ledo Pizza is absolutely amazing! Out on a fun date night in the area, we saw this Ledo?s and decided to give it a try. We... arrived 30 minutes before closing which was pushing it but Mohammed was so amazing to let us sit down anyways and enjoy ourpizza without feeling rushed! (Even stayed a little bit past closing.) I have been a huge fan of Ledos pizza since I was little, way back in the late 70s. When I moved into Virginia in the 90s, the... requirement was there had to be a Ledos pizza. I?ve been going to the Fairfax location for 5+ years, since my boys were littlethemselves. Mohammed is very friendly, and even funny on the phone, and then there?s the pizza. I love Ledo Pizza, especially the Fairfax location! The pizza is delicious (I think the secret is the sauce- and they use... provolone vs mozzarella). The staff, especially Mohammed, is incredibly friendly- they know me by name (which probably meansthat I eat there too often LOL). They are my go-to pizza restaurant! Read more

I always enjoyed eating at Ledo especially their pizza. The crust always tastes fresh with a soft center but yet with crispy... edges. I believe it is all about the great tomato sauce they use...yep, the sauce comes in jars too! Read more
