The seasoning on the chicken was excellent.The flavor is not just on the skin but throughout the meat. I tried the Lomo saltado.... Fresh beef sauteed in olive oil. Red onions, tomatoes, spring onions and cilantro. Served on a bed of French fries and rice. Iseen it on the menus at various restaurants and decided to try it. It was delicious, and flavorful. The taste is amazing! I really love their garlic and green sauces. Definitely my go to place when I want to eat outside and... treat my taste buds. Awful. I placed my order online and tipped 20%. I have tried many Peruvian chicken places in the area and wanted to try this... place because the reviews seemed good . What happened ? The quality is just awful. I can't imagine working at a business andlooking at this food and sending it out to a paying customer. I couldn't even eat the fries because they were so hard. I have noidea what happened but if I had to guess, it seems like these fries and been put in a microwave so many times they aren't edibleanymore . See the pics . The rice had no flavor, and typically at any Peruvian restaurant I've ordered from, the rice has a tonof flavor. The chicken was so dry. I will not be coming back.
