The food was very good and the portions are always generous. The order was missing components and the employees could have been... friendlier. There were many dirty tables, so seating was limited unless you wanted to sit at the tall tables. It was quietthough, which was nice. Ultimately we enjoyed our meal and will return. Read more
The owner is what makes this location terrible. She takes bad care of the restaurant and her staff. Please don?t waste your... money here. The kitchen is cleaned with bleach and there are all kinds of nasty chemicals that go in your food. Read more
Came here for lunch With the family. We dined in store and ordered from the app. The wait time was reasonable considering how... very busy it was. However many of the tables were filled With trash because the trash cans were all full. When our order wasbrought out multiple items were missing. We had to ask 3 Times for the missing items and the blonde girl was very rude anddemanded to see the receipt. When she finally brought the items to the table she was very rude and tossed them in the table. Shewouldn?t even speak when we said thank you. This place is good enough for me to come back here every so often (and when I?m in the mood), but it?s pretty average food. The... pretzel dogs are good, and so are the sandwiches, but they aren?t anything special. I visited on a Friday afternoon to get some pre-movie eats convenient to the University Mall Theater just two minutes walk away.... On this occasion, staff appeared busy with a large catering order but still served me promptly and cordially. After beingpolitely corrected about what I could select as part of the Choose Two option (not two half sandwiches ? my mistake entirely), Ilanded on a half New Yorker sandwich and a half southwest chicken salad along with sides of tomato and cucumber salad, steamedbroccoli, and fruit. The ordering and payment process flowed smoothly, as the attendant confirmed my order before I paid. Myfood was cheerfully delivered to my table within what seemed five minutes, pleasantly quick under the circumstances. Thequality of my order hit the right notes. The salad had a pleasing balance of ingredients overall, and the dressing was so good Iactually thought about trying to take the left over amount home. The chicken could be either shredded or cut a little more todisperse the protein more equally, but the flavors were welcome summer eating to be sure. The sandwich likewise had a generousnot gluttonous portion of corned beef, mustard, and cheese melted fresh. A little more pastrami would have made the sandwichmore balanced for my taste, but the value and combined flavor was still quite enjoyable. The broccoli florets were steamedreasonably well and portioned properly. The diced tomatoes could have been fresher even if the overall salad had crispycucumbers. The pineapple segments were ripe and juicy. My total bill came to $17 including tax and excluding tip. I could seemyself experimenting with other sandwiches and maybe one of the potatoes to see how the quality expresses in those offerings. Agood lunch or light dinner place to be sure. Read more
Really loving their vegetarian options! This is their The Veggie sandwich, which I had with spudchips and a cup of their veggie... chili. I first heard about this place for their huge, awesome potatoes. Those are fantastic, and so is their sandwich menu witha wide variety of options. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, employees wear mask, menus are visible while you wait inline and when you order. Drink sizes are big which can be pretty great, their medium would be another places extra large. Cupsare plastic and recyclable. Read more
I really enjoy McAlister?s. It?s fairy quick but you get a way better meal then you would from a regular sandwich/sub shop. If... you have not tried them you should. I absolutely love their iced tea. Read more
