very sad i went to the fair lakes Virginia location olive garden for dinner and very disappointed i've been going for a few... years now and this is the first time i ever went and didn't receive silverware so we asked and received plastic silverware. Haveyou ever tried eating pasta and cutting sausage with a plastic fork and knife? Let me tell you it's absolutely terrible. Weasked for the second time and finally received it. Everywhere i looked other people had normal silverware. Then i noticed atable got sat and didn't receive silverware and after them another table that was sat got silverware right away and the tablewho was sat before them asked for silverware and they received plastic i think it is very wrong especially because the managernever came and asked how anything was. he was just walking around and that's it. Also when i left both of the hostess were ontheir phones with only one silverware rolled. If i knew that was going to happen i would of just did take out. Read more

My wife and I came here for dinner and it was great. The food tasted really good and our server was friendly. The prices... unfortunately seem like they've gone up, and I've noticed that the basic fettuccine order doesn't come with chicken like Ithought it used to for the $15 price you pay, but it's fine. I have to say I was highly disappointed. We came in last night. Was seated. Waitress came and took our order. Never saw her the... rest of the night until we paid on the tablet and had to call her over for a togo box. The food was bland and overall I washightly turned off. The service by Dania was excellent. I had the Lasagna Fritta which is a creative and delicious way to use lasagna noodles and it... was very good. I also had the lunch size spaghetti and meat sauce. The sauce was good with robust zesty flavors. Read more

We had a great experience and food at this OG. Love that they bring table salad and breadsticks right off. Often find that... telling them we're on a schedule when we meet the wait staff helps get things done quickly. They have excellently priced lunchspecials. I was able to get Chicken Parm and two different bowls of soup for ~$10. Their chicken parm (pic) was really good.Sub'd out the angel hair instead of spaghetti. Pasta e Fagioli and Chicken Gnocchi (pics) soups were both quite good (Ipreferred the gnocchi). Vegetarian wife got their Baked Ziti (pic) as usual. She said it was great.
