I was astounded by the store because of how busy it was when I arrived, yet how clean and fast-paced the service was!... Specifically, I had a very friendly manager greet me when I came to the food expo window. I think her name was Leanna. Anyways,after she charmed me and once my food was ready in less than 10 minutes, I couldnt help but think "I need to write her areview!" This location is one of my favorites of all time for so many reasons. Firstly, its situated pretty close to my job, which has... made it so easy to pop in for some delicious healthy food. Tonight would be no different! I already knew what I wanted toorder even before I came inside. It was my typical go-to Mediterranean with chicken bowl. With only a total 640 calories, itnever ceases to amaze me about how filling and delicious this bowl really is! Right around 8pm the place was fairly busy, withprobably 10 groups of people seated and eating their dinner. I placed my order to go with the employee behind the cashregister, although the smart thing would have been to place my order online. My second time visiting, friendly environment and very thankful to Elsa. She was attentive, kind, and very helpful to choose... food from the menu. One thing that I observed of the store, cleanness...starting main floor...ending in bathroom. I think, both,need to be improved. Overall, experience was great! Read more
Panera has lot of fresh bread/sandwiches to choose from. The place is always clean and organized. Pick up is always on time.... Flatbread pizza & salad are perfect. They also have the best App. They have friendly team members. Read more

A delightful, cozy little Panera. A little pricey, as Panera often is, but it's right next to a movie theatre, so nice place to... grab lunch or dinner before a film, or maybe chat about the movie after with some Danishes and coffee. I like Panera a lot but this location is truly dropping their quality control. I've gotten meals where the customizations were... not addressed, or where I don't get sufficient dressing for a regular salad. However, it's a true problem when I'm gettingserved raw eggs for breakfast. I even called to bring this up to the Manager and the phone just rang and then I immediately gothung up on. Pick-up order was incorrect & I had to drive back to the store to have it fixed - which is quite inconvenient. Placed an order... through the app for pick-up, picked up the order and began to drive home, checked the bag and realized that they?d given me acup of soup rather than a bowl as I?d ordered, which is a significant difference in size and cost. The manager on duty offeredme an extra cup of soup to match the bowl size, and as to not waste the current incorrect size that I was given. Whileretrieving the soup, another associate/manager mentioned to me that it?s been quite the issue among their staff, giving theincorrect soup size, and she herself had been given an incorrect order. When the manager returned with my soup, she suggestedthat they give me a gift card or comp my soup for the trouble of having to return after I?d already picked up my order anddriven halfway home. The manager said, ?I?m giving her an additional cup of soup, which is slightly more than the combinedbowl.? To me, that is terrible customer-minded service and retention. I didn?t expect a gift card or to have the order comped,but I was disappointed in the response. I shouldn?t of had to double check my order and drive back to the restaurant to have myorder put right. Out of courtesy to me and to retain a client, the manager should have offered a free pastry, $5 gift card, orcomped the soup. Read more
