I get it. They are understaffed. But, twice now, we have ordered delivery and 1.5 hours later - still no pizza. But, then they... won't even answer the phone. deserve 0 star for the quality of service and delivery (Doordash). The order gave me 55-64 minutes of estimated time for... delivery. I have been waiting for 100 minutes now and still nothing. Called the store to deal with rude and childish attitudefrom the worker who put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. I usually get carryout from a different location (Metrotech)but changed to delivery and this store was automatically assigned for my order. Mistake of the day. Read more
This location is very hit or miss. Wife had a bad experience today when they didn't even bother slicing the pizza before it left... the store. Quality and dependability is going down. We had it delivered to our pool but forced us to run home to grab a cutterto eat our pizza. Before hand other bad experience was over an hour delay on an early (before 12pm delivery during a weekday). Read more
Please read carefully... this location is the worst in the area please be advice... this people use the screen tontake... thenorders and then without washing hands the will make your pizza, I found a hair in mynpizza because also the touch their headand face without washing or sanitized their hands.
