It had been a long time since I had been to a Red Robin restaurant. I think I remember why, now. I got a hamburger with... bottomless fries and the other and my party got chicken. Both were pretty good but not great. When paying $15 for a Burger Ithink I was expecting a little bit more. I can think of at least 5 other restaurants off the top of my head where I can get aBurger for $15. This one would probably rank near the bottom of that stack. The menus were sticky. The table was sticky. The high chairs were sticky. The food was ok. The bottomless feature is a great,... but the bottomless broccoli tasted terrible. I asked for hot tea and they didnt have it. Who doesn't have hot tea? It was aparticularly cold night. So I was disappointed and a little shocked. The onion ring tower was pretty tasty. So crunchy, whichwas great. Our server disappeared at one point. We asked someone walking by if we could get some plates cleared. To which hereplied, someone will get it when you leave. We said, it's our daughters birthday so we would like to open a few gifts. And heapologized and came and quickly bussed the table. Well no dessert for us then sadly. Not like anyone asked. It wasn't a terribleexperience, but it wasn't great or even up to a regular standard of restaurant experience. A secret easily overlooked is that this restaurant has a great outside eating area. Ask to be seated there and you will enjoy a... peaceful experience in contrast with the inside which - at times - can get rather loud. My wife loves their salads and I find ithard to resist their Whisky River Chicken Burger. The bottomless garlic fries and sweet potato fries are excellent. Beerselection is good and prices are fair - what's not to love? Read more

What?s not to like?! Unlimited fries and fountain drinks plus some of the most creative burgers. The combination is always a... winner. Service was good and offered to bring fries as the burgers were just a bit delayed. Beware that they charge you anentertainment fee if you play games on the handheld device on the table. Read more
