They are so slow and there is usually only one person making drinks while everyone else is sitting in the back
This place is horrible. I ordered a grande dragonfruit lemonade and it took them 20 minutes to even PICK UP my order to look at... it. There was literally a line of cups forming because none of the orders were getting done. One barista was working on onedrink for almost the entire time i was waiting. She was simultaneously talking to one of her friends who was a customer andwasted so much time. There were 3 other baristas on duty, one taking orders, and two other ones standing there diddling theirthumbs. I was watching the entire time and the only thing they were doing was picking things up off the counter and then settingthem back down. go to a starbucks outside campus not worth the wait or the hassle. Ordered a grande frappachino and they didn?t have tops so he... just handed me my drink without a top and gave me the flat top but it had whipped cream on the top of the drink so idk how thatwould work. Then when I put the top on myself because they didn?t do it for me I had already drank some so it wouldn?t over flowand the coffee still went everywhere and the cup cracked and went all over my backpack and I brought it back and asked for a newone and the worker goes ?that?s why i told you we didn?t have tops? and it?s been 10 minutes since i asked for a new one. Nice starbucks and drinks are good. However, the cashiers need to write peoples' names better. Not a bad place, just pay good... attention to your order. Read more

I used the starship and they got 2 of my orders completely wrong. I paid for a hearty oatmeal with extra blueberries but all I... got was water and oatmeal, minus any blueberries, nuts, dried fruit, and agave syrup. Read more
Somehow they manage to mess up every single order I have ever placed. They also tend to refuse to sell any food items even when... both the display and their hidden bin full of them are full, saying that they ran out. Java Chip apparently equals cookies andcream, hot chocolate means hot water, a shot of espresso means somehow making it taste less like coffee, i don?t even know howthey pulled that one off. You?ve got 7 people working, yet only 4 people waiting for drinks and the times are still 10 min+ to get a simple coffee. Fire... half your staff it?s not like they work anyways. I bet it would be more efficient if you fire half of them because there?s lesscrowding. One person takes orders, one person makes drinks, and one person makes food. What?s the point of having 4 peoplebehind them just loitering at that point.
