I remember coming to TGI Fridays as a kid and enjoying the experience, but unfortunately it seems the quality has gone down... since. Even though there wasn’t many people there, it took a while to get served and we were barely checked on by our host.The quality of the food didn’t make things much better either. Chicken was dry, had no flavor, and lukewarm, the fries werelimp and cold, and even though I got the lemon butter broccoli I just got plain steamed broccoli. The quality in their wings have dropped significantly. Had to ask for extra garlic parmesan sauce because the wings barely had... any sauce at all. The extra ranch they gave me tasted really off, possibly expired, and they ran out of Miller lite and wouldn'tlet me substitute the beer for bud light for the happy hour special. I usually love coming to Fridays to relax with some chickenand beer, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at TGI Fridays. Read more
I like dine in with my family and enjoy My favourite Grilled Salmon Seasoned with hickory-smoked sea salt with Parmesan Butter,... lemon-butter broccoli & jasmine rice. Well, I don’t usually like to review unless it’s repeating.. 1. Few days back - I was waiting at the to go counter for my... food pickup and no one came to me for 10 min and even though the lady seen me waiting at the counter but she never came up. Ihad to go bar counter and request for a help. 2. Other time - my food has come with 7 piece wings instead of 8, no celery andblue cheese. 3. Recently - I’ve ordered 8 piece Nashville hot wings and they given me Buffalo sauce with 7 piece again. The following review is the truth as I see it. I was not compensated for my time or given any free food. As I walked in I was... quickly greeted and seated quickly. It was not at a peak time but getting a table was fast and easy. Within about 5 minutes Iwas greeted at my table and my order was placed. Here is where they lose a star. Multiple customers where waiting for theirfood. I noticed about 7 tables being used in the food section. It took around 30 minutes to get my food. While I realize it'snot peak time and the kitchen may not be on alert. 30 minutes is too long. The food I will say was enjoyable. My service was great however my food was not so great. My lettuce was withered, the beyond meat chili was bland, they didn't... have any broccoli, my mashed potatoes looked like they were sitting out for a while and was reheated and the broccoli and cheesesoup tasted cheap and horrible.
