The host and waitstaff were friendly and efficient, they deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately I had a major issue with my food. I... ordered the buffalo chicken tender wrap - tasted good, but about half way through my first wrap I bit into a broken wooden"pick" (not something that had been placed through it to keep it together, as some places do - it was only about 1in long andliterally INSIDE of my wrap) They offered to remake the wrap, so I waited and as I took my FIRST BITE of the NEW wrap, I bitinto ANOTHER small piece of wood. At this point I decided to give up and eat somewhere else. They did thankfully remove theitem from our bill. I know mistakes happen... but twice is a row is just bad. Read more

I have no idea how this place is in business. Everything tasted like cardboard. Chicken tenders were dry and outer breading was... gross touch and chewy. Their velocity wings were so crunchy they were difficult to eat. Fries were weird and dry probablyfreezer burned. They forgot a salad. Grocery store frozen chicken tenders you can bake at home are better so skip this place andgo to the adjacent giant. Read more

We picked this restaurant when my Aunt was visiting from Arizona and it was a terrible experience due to the attitude of the... waitress. She seemed like she hated her job and possibly even life. At one point she mistakenly brought blue cheese dressinginstead of ranch for the wings. When my wife politely informed the waitress she said that she doesn?t make mistakes and if shewere to trade for a ranch there would be a 50% charge, which we politely declined without confrontation. When it came time forher to bring the bill she threw it hastily on the table and walked away. The food was good, but we will never visit thislocation again due to the waitress poor attitude. Good beer selection and great wing sauce selection. We ordered our wings extra wet as always but they came out cooked and dry... and hard to tell which flavor was which. They are in a great location and hope they step it up. Understand staffing andlogistics issues but you need to nail the easy things like wing sauces Read more

Food was good, service was terrible. Went last night, a Friday night at about 7 and it wasn't too busy. We got seated... immediately but noticed we didn't get a drink menu. Tried waiting to see the waitress but that was not happening so my husbandwalked up to the hostess stand and grabbed one. Came back to the table and noticed there was no beer on that menu. Waitressfinally came so we asked her. It took awhile and what we could guess is they only had one and it was at a different table. Appetizer and food delivery were slow too. Thankfully both my husband and my daughter liked their wings. My daughter got thetraditional with medium sauce. She sometimes goes with mild as she's not into too spicy and she liked the medium, she said itwas not too spicy. My husband got the baked wings with two different flavors and he said they were good. He said the flavorsof the sauce were good but the stars for heat were generous. I got the Philly cheese steak and it and the fried were good. Theonly reason we were not more annoyed by the super slow service was because they had live music, Shane Hines, and wow was hegood!! We will be back because my family likes wings and they liked these and we live close by. As with any restaurant,service is hit or miss and for us I'd still give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe next time would be better. Read more

I saw this restaurant on our way back home so I decided to try it out. (I should have read Mike Chandler's reviews before... going.) When we got in, it was crowded and there was live music. The hostess/cashier, who took our order, she deserves 5?! Shetook our order accurately, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It took about 30 minutes for the food to be ready. As forthe result...I won't be returning! The Grilled Wings, AWFUL! (We ordered 20.) They were DRY and OVER COOKED! We chose 4 sauces;Smoked BBQ, Bourbon BBQ, Honey BBQ and the Hawaiian. Don't get the Hawaiian! It tastes like the pineapple juice from the can.The Velocity Burger, there was nothing special about it. The Greek Gyro, the lettuce was dry. (As if the sandwich was warmed inthe oven.) The shoe string fries were very salty. I would not recommend going here. For the price we payed, it's not worthgoing here. Don't waist your money! (A lot of the staff were not wearing masks but there is a sign when you go in that saysthat masks are required. It was very crowded.) Update: I did leave half of my burger and fries for the next day. I removed theonions, tomato, lettuce and bun and broiled both the burger and fries for 7 minutes in a conventional/toaster oven at 300°F.(Last night I used the Smoked BBQ. So this time I chose to use the Honey BBQ sauce. I put some on top of the burger to give it abit of flavor.) While that was warming up, in a saucepan, I caramelized the onions. For the remaining 2 minutes, I added thebread in the oven. When it was done, removed it from the oven and added more Honey BBQ sauce to the burger along with theonions, tomato and lettuce. First time visiting and we enjoyed it fully. Staff was great and hospitable. We ordered the Cheesesteak with wings and the Bleu... Cheese Bacon Cheeseburger with wings. The portions were humongous and the food was very tasty. Mambo and honey BBQ sauces werevery tasty, burger was cooked to perfection and the steak was very good. We were missing a wing on one order and the made us anew batch to go! This was a great find and we plan to return! Read more
