worst ever experience at Papa johns didnot knew that such a great pizza will fall so down. The employee who called himself... George was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. When asked the pwner or manager number so i can complain he refusedto give and claims that he is the highest person to talk there. Worst experience at the food chain where I had to wait for 30minutes and later I get to know my order have not even started and teh employee was not even wearing globes and he was touchingfood also the same time sweeping even of there is any rating below 1 star i will even rate that. I just got off the phone with the general manager named John in Silverbrook. There was a mistake made on our order last week and... with out hesitation he apologized and issued a credit no questions asked. Last week I ordered pizza from here for home delivery. But I did not get my pizza and then I called in the store. The lady who... took my order she told me that I gave her wrong address and I need to pay again for another one and it took about 1 hour. Ineeded for lunch time not for snack time. I understand sometime mistake can be happen but the way she talked it was so rude andfull of attitude. When I started to talk to her, she said 2 times she repeated the home address and a moment later she said 3times she repeated. Wow, what a big liar. She did not repeat home address at all and just hanged the phone when I was giving myorder. I felt like it was not polite. I like papa John pizza but the customer service of this store is worse I have ever seen. Read more

Not going to get into too many details but just know, I had no heat in my place, I was cold, stressed, and had a long day due to... experiencing empty promises from another company. That said, I decided to use the app UberEats to order some pizza. My orderwent through without a hassle yet for some reason, Uber took more than an hour to find a driver. After waiting so long (and atthe time not seeing a driver selected yet), I decided to call Papa John's to see if they even got the order since the app washaving problems. I was told that the order was made at the time I placed it and was getting cold. The representative from thestore suggested to call and cancel the order with Uber and that he would void it on his end to help expedite the process ofgetting a refund. Only... right after I finished my call, Uber found a driver and I had no option to cancel it since it wasorder passed a certain phase in the ordering system. Realizing I was doomed to have a driver pick up very cold food, I calledthe store again. I asked if the order had been voided yet, the same representative from earlier had let me know not yet since itwas a procedure that is taken care of at closing. Thankful, I asked him one more question. "Will it be alright if you guysremake the order for me?" I realized I was asking a lot from them and I wasn't even paying them since the money was going toUber. I wish I could tip them through the app and not just my driver, who was also a really good sport in all of this because hewas ok with waiting for Papa John's to remake my order. Needless to say, the rep agreed after hearing how stressed I must havesounded. My food was delicious and I'm extremely grateful at the incredible service I received from this Papa John's location.They went more than above and beyond for a customer that belonged to someone else, that being Uber. I've been going to this location of Papa John's for years. I've never had any issues until today. I ordered two large pizzas but... did not have garlic sauce in both despite being told they come with the sauce. The main reason I eat papa john's pizza is forthe included garlic sauce and special seasoning that comes with the pizza but NOT ANYMORE!!!! The supposed general manager bythe name of BETH stated that thin crust large pizza's do not come with garlic sauce. She went back and forth with me and said Ineeded to pay 58 cents (with tax) for a garlic sauce. I have never before over the years had to pay for a garlic sauce becausethey would come with the pizzas. Then she proceeded to tell me that I have to pay 10 cents for each special seasoning packet,which I never before had to pay for in the past. Today will be the last time I go to papa john's due to them charging for everylittle item. That's what kept me going for years, the garlic sauce that was included with the pizza but NOT ANYMORE! You lost acustomer BETH, hope the back and forth over a 58 cent sauce was worth it!!! Plus the pizza wasn't that good, guess it was thegarlic sauce that helped with the taste. Read more

I was shocked, I really remember not enjoying the pizza from this place, but I'm glad my wife asked us to give it a try and I'm... glad we did- it was good. The pizza size for the price seemed fair, but obviously it's always great when you get a coupon tomake it a bit cheaper. The only annoying thing is this place doesn't deliver to my house, when I live less than 3 miles fromit. I hope this gets fixed or changed soon. Read more
