The specific pizza hut location (8902 Village Shops Drive, Fairfax Station, VA 22039) is total ripoff. First of all, the pizza... was undercooked, which is unacceptable. Secondly, I ordered a 5 topping pizza, so, the expectation of all toppings to besufficient amount. Instead they put combined toppings amount as little as 1, at best 2 toppings pizza. Very unprofessional. Ihope its' not pizza hut's own policy, rather unethical business idea of the store owner/manager. Read more
Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza opened the box at the store and looked fantastic but when I got home took a bite and could... not taste any sauce. Peeled back cheese and almost no sauce could be seen. Tried to eat a couple pieces and threw the restaway. My pizza was supposed to be regular sauce. Read more
This location is fast and cooks the pizza perfectly every time. I've bought about 50 pizzas from here and not one was burnt or... undercooked. The staff is a bit slow on bringing your pizza out to your car for contactless pick up, but if you go inside it'salways ready early. The toppings are also generous. Nov 3, 8:20pm order a deal (Large pan pizza; 3 toppings). Arrived for pick up and was told the store ran out of Pan Pizza crust... product. They proceeded before my arrival to make the pizza with thick crust, and offered to remake it w thin crust. I wasfine with thick and understood the stock out. No real problem. The modified pizza was delivered to my car, and drove off. Athome, the pizza had a different topping selection than ordered. The tag on my box had my name (so pizzas got cris-crossed). Wedecided to consume the pizza ourselves, and offered a prayer of regret to the people who received our pizza. I will continue tobe a customer, and rate this as a "sh** happens" event. Read more
I usually don't have a problem ordering from this location but today I received undercooked and raw pizza. It appeared to be ok... but when I picked up a slice it almost fell apart in my hand. The dough was not cooked all the way and the veggies were almostraw. I called to let them know and the lady said she can give us $10 off our next pizza...I said I wanted a new one (obviously).She said I need to give back my bad pizza (whatever) and that there was no problem with their ovens...she hung up before I couldfinish speaking to her. I order from this pizza hut at least twice a month. EVERY SINGLE TIME my delivery driver is late. On one occasion an hour and 15... minutes late. I understand they have other deliveries to make and I'm not usually the type of person to complain or writereviews but I can't look past that my deliveries are ALWAYS at least 15 minutes late. Every time. The pizza is good. The serviceis alright. At this point the only reason I still order from Pizza Hut is because they have stuffed crust pizza. I hate beingthis person. But please, either be on time or adjust your projected delivery times accordingly. Read more
Fast delivery. In person ordering and pickup of a personal pan pizza is about 10 minutes. Food is good.
We decided to try the recently advertised Pizza melt meat lover and chose to get it at the Fairfax Station Pizza Hut. Our first... experience was calling the Fairfax Station location and waiting on line for 15 minutes before some spoke to us while the PHphone system continued to play their recording. A long 5 minutes later some took our order. 5 minutes later we arrived at theFairfax Station store and after waiting in our car for another 5 minutes I walked into the store and paid for our order. I wastold it will be another 15 minutes before it would be ready. 10 minutes later I observed they were now starting my Pizzameltorder. 20 minutes later I asked for the 4th time how my order was coming. They search for my order and found it in a warmingcabinet. In the end it took 55 minutes later. And no they neither apologized nor offered a refund. Dam such wonderful customerservice. You can see others have also shared their poor experiences through their reviews. Oh yes, we did try the Pizzameltmeat lover and found that the tomato sauce was really good and the highline of our order. We do not recommend ordering thePizza melt nor ordering any products from this Pizza Hut. Read more
