Incredibly slow service. Don't start your online order until your arrival despite online saying order is ready.
So, I had a coupon for buy one get one 1/2 off (BOGO) through the subway app. But of course, the coupon is only good if you... order online, and guess what?? No online ordering. Their online ordering is ?off-line.? I was literally right next-door in theshopping center that this location is in, so I went inside?but of course, they can?t help me. I asked for the manager, but ofcourse, the manager is not there. Lousy. Worst customer service ever from Manager Matthew....Did not care to answer our question on the special they are having at his... location. First he said we have the special online then refuse to honor what he said few minutes ago. I had such a poor experience with this location Subway on Saturday at 2:15 my family and I went to this location to have lunch,... the Manager Mathew was the person taking our orders, my order had guacamole, the dish was totally empty, he scraped from thedish, barley got any out, when I told him that are you going to put more he said no with a very nasty attitude, I asked for amanager and he said I'm the manager. I told him that is why you are using your power and mistreating your customers???I said I'mnot happy how you treated me, he said will too bad, as I was leaving and I said don't want to eat here he said good choice, Ifelt bad for Subway brand that has such disqualified people to run their stores and destroy thier brand. Well I don't have any problem with this Subway I was going to a different on but stopped going there due to they kept giving me... hard bread. This Subway I love they take good care of me and the staff is friendly. The only problem I have that they notconsistent as far as making the food the same way every time I go there example one person folds the meat on the sandwich (TheSubway) and the other just lays it on there so its not even but besides that its great food great people its just all need to beon the Subway page!!!! Everyone who works there seems annoyed to be there. Even as the only person in the store it seemed like they were to busy for... me. They are rude and stingy with toppings. Recomend going to another subway. The Huntsmans blvd subway is not to far away. Read more
Absolutely the worst subway in fairfax county. The people there are filthy, they always mess up my order because they dont speak... english. And today I asked them to remake my sandwich and they refused to remake it or give me any sort of credit or refund. Ihad to throw my two 6 inch subs in the trash. Read more
