I always order using the app because I like the ½ off drinks and it's just faster but the last few times I've come to this... location, I've had to wait an hour after arriving. Today I waited 2 hours for my order and I had to walk up to the door to getthem to work and still ended up waiting another 15 minutes. My order included an ice cream cone and they gave me an extra smallcone of ice cream that was either already melting or wasn't fully frozen yet. I will not be coming back here. Every single time I come here, order AHEAD on the app, I'm still left waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I only order a... slushie and an appetizer, every time.
