I'm a massive fan of the peanut butter cup blast I'm there on the regular. There's this ONE young lady that kills it!!! I mean... the best damn blasts EVER!!! I always order using the app because I like the ½ off drinks and it's just faster but the last few times I've come to this... location, I've had to wait an hour after arriving. Today I waited 2 hours for my order and I had to walk up to the door to getthem to work and still ended up waiting another 15 minutes. My order included an ice cream cone and they gave me an extra smallcone of ice cream that was either already melting or wasn't fully frozen yet. I will not be coming back here. Placed order ahead of time in the app and even though they cleared the order when we got there we still had to wait about 15... minutes for our order. The order was wrong when we got it and Keyana was rude when we brought it to her attention. She broughtthe wrong slushie out twice and got an attitude when we tried to show her the correct order on our receipt. Read more
The young lady informed us as we pulled in that she would be right back out to take our order, and she did! She came right back... out to the car and took our order. One side was not available, and we were not suppose to have our order taken on the side wepulled into. We were unaware and asked if she wanted us to come around to the other side. She gracefully declined and proceededto take our order! She was so helpful and friendly, smiled the entire time despite how hot it was outside. I wish I knew hername to thank her once again properly in this review!! It took a while for the order, but they were busy, so we understood, andher customer service made the experience even better!! Customer service was excellent, the young lady that took my order was very polite, she apologized several times for the long... wait and she even had a beautiful smile on her face and kept her composure in a very stressful situation. Because of herattitude I waited. It was unfair to her and the other employee that was there. I pray working conditions have gotten better; mygranddaughters food was cold when we finally received it. Every single time I come here, order AHEAD on the app, I'm still left waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I only order a... slushie and an appetizer, every time. Today I just waited over 23 minutes for a slushie and cheese sticks. I've called corporateon this location many times and I hate they're the closest to me. They can't keep a steady crew.
