Stopped here for a quick bite to eat while shopping in Green Valley. I tried their new Spicy Diablo Chicken Sammie. It was great... and even the bun had a little kick. Read more

Love, love, love the Beef & cheddar sandwich. My bf had their new brisket sandwich, but wasn't really impressed with it. We... had a bit of difficulty using an online coupon, but the cashier figured out how to process it. Always a very neat & cleanrestaurant & parking lot. Read more

Stopped by to try Arby's. It's been several years since eating at one. Food and service was great but it was a little pricey. We... will come back. Read more

The worst Arby's I've ever experienced. The brisket was dry and chewy, and the onions and the curly fries were soggy. Normally I... love Arby's but I'll never visit this store again. Read more

I drove 45 minutes to go to arby's I was disgusted when I got back on the freeway and reached into my bag it opened up my... sandwich. I ordered the beef cheddar sandwich meal and a large soda kinda just under $15. My fries were OK they were not saltedI got the crinkle cut fries my Dr Pepper which was a fountain soda tasted just like carbonated water there was no soda syrup inthere practically it was almost see through. My sandwich while it was warm there was absolutely not absolutely not a single dropof sauce on the sandwich it was the meat the cheese and the button that's it now I know they're supposed to put sauce on it butthey didn't they didn't even ask me if I wanted any horses or extra Arbys sauce and we all know it's the sauce that really makesthe sandwiches they didn't put any in the bag. Every time I tried to catch the attention of somebody at drive-through while Iwas sitting at the drive-through window so I could get some sauce I was ignored they literally open the window shut the bag outand shut the window and turn to walk away it was just bad. $15 was wasted because I couldn't drink the beverage and the sandwichjust was not what I was craving it was just a terrible terrible experience Read more

I will never go back to the Fairfield Arby's again. Last week I ordered the Chicken & Bacon sandwich. The "crispy" chicken patty... was cold and dripping in grease. Yesterday I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. There were just two thin slices of meat. There was one crispy onion ring and a lot of cold grilled onion pieces. The description doesn't mention grilled onions and Idon't recall having them in the past. There was just a small squirt of bbq sauce. Don't waste your money at this location. Iwill not go back. I am also warning my many co-workers to stay away. Read more

The dining area was closed and I had to drive thru. I am not a big fan of driving my Tundra around a drive thru, but I made it.... I love my classic roast beef sandwich. They don't have one in my area. Worth stopping for a flash back memory of my favorite. Read more

Update 6/3/2022 I ordered a Brisket Sandwich/Large fries/Roast Beef classic special/Wagyu Burger. Fries I give 5/5. Arby's... fries is the best fries of all as long as you eat them hot. Brisket I give 3/5. Roast Beef 5/5. Wagyu Burger 2.5/5 only becausethe beef was undercooked and had little flavor. Employees are always nice and friendly and the drive-thru lines usually goespretty quick. I ordered a Root Beer Float. The float didn't have any hard ice cream. Just melted ice cream. A bigdisappointment. The Avocado wrap was delicious but for $6.69 I thought was steep for the size. The crinkle fries were good butthe mozzarella sticks were pretty bland. The curly fries were as good as usual. The lady at the window was nice and friendly. Read more
