It's a hit and miss with customer service here nowadays. Just a tip, if you order you ice cream, always watch them to make sure... they're getting the right flavor, no matter how many times you and the supervisor tells them which flavor. If not, you'll gohome with the wrong order and they'll ask you you bring the wrong ice cream back (melted or not)! Ridiculous request, but Iguess that's how they run their store. ???? Oh and keep an eye on your receipt, some items they'll charge you for a Large whenyou got a small and they won't correct any of their mistakes not even an apology. Just take the drive to the Baskin Robbins inSuisun. Hopefully you'll have better luck there. Read more
I came in at 8:50 place is supposed to be close at 10pm everything was off already and they didn't want to serve ice cream cause... it was late. Couple of customers before me weren't being help either. Associates picked and chose what ice cream flavors theywanted to serve. Read more
First off I'm writing this about my wife's work experience there,Bali the manager is rude and disrespectful, she treated my... disabled wife horribly for no reason other then giving a 2 week notice because her health was getting worse. My wife has stage 5Renal failure. So after a week waiting for her last Check just to find out this disrespectful manager didn't tell the owner shequit..also they hide there covid 19 case's so the place stays open. They also break several health codes. Wich I took picturesoff and will be sending to the health department..don't let anyone you know or loved one work for them. The manager should befired. The current management is corrupt. Making kids work past the closing time. Lying when a kid tests positive for covid and say... they have a leg injury so they can keep the other employees at work so they aren't potentially exposed and keep working. Served me mint chocolate chip ice cream with not a single chocolate chip in it. I don?t understand how anyone can scoop up that... ice cream and serve it to me without telling me. I was not watching the worker scoop the ice cream so I now know I need to paymore attention to what I?m being served here. Read more
I stood in line for 40 minutes just to be told they were out of mangos for their new drink. Then I asked for a soft served cone.... Then both workers just stared at each other confused. I tried explaining it to them and they told me they don?t have that. I gotvery frustrated and walked out. They didn?t even say sorry for the inconvenience.
