I rarely go to this location anymore due to their employees incompetence and less then mediocre customer service. Unfortunately... I was in this area today and my kids wanted burger king. I was greeted with "hello" in the drive thru. Like what?? Gave me thewrong order, which I should have checked before pulling off and driving all the way home????. This happens every single time Igo there. Never again. I doubt they even see these reviews or care, but hopefully others read these "great" reviews and taketheir business elsewhere... Read more
The staff was awesome. I didn't quite understand the new setup for ordering things that were advertised on Tv. So, 2 of the... staff helped me with the setup and ordering. And the cook also got in on helping me, and speeding up my order. I was veryimpressed, which isn't easy for me to be. I left there happy . This particular Burger King has been completely remodeled. It wasvery clean, and was being cleaned when I first got there. The guy cleaning it, is one of the people who had stopped what he wasdoing to help me through the settings of ordering from my phone. Need to find a place to waste your lunch time trying to order food? Well, look no further, this burger king is great at... providing that service. No one in line but you, no customers inside to help, just you waiting at the drive-thru while theemployees stand around either chatting it up with each other or on their phones. Or if there are other customers (like 3 cars infront of you) expect to be in that line for 30 mins. I don't know who runs this joint but they are doing an absolutely amazingjob! Wasn't willing to try the "3rd times a charm" at this place so, I'd say go to In & out, they may have 30 cars in line butthey get their line down faster than this place. Read more
Unfortunately the employees here do not value their customers. I used to be a repeat customer putting up with unprofessionalism... but today is the last straw. I've constantly asked them to toast the buns because truth be told the buns are ALWAYS COLD! Eachtime they give me a sarcastic remark that "they already are toasted". If I ask for something to add to the burger I have torepeat myself numerous times and I'm greeted with a smirk at the window. No thank you! I have to remind myself I'm not in Texasanymore! They would be advised to get pointers from What burger where you get what you want "Just like you like it"!Apparentlyhere if you deter from the basics they freak out. This place is the worst burger King in fairfield. They get your order wrong every time. It's also not in a good area with all... the homeless and tweakers in this area. Your safer bet is to keep driving and leave this store to hemorrhage money. No matterhow many times they remodel this place the food will always be wrong and cold. Unless you love being disappointed and likesurprises in your food this should be your very very last option in this town. McDonald's is close by so is In n Out and a fewother great tasting options if you're looking for a quick option. DO NOT COME HERE! I will never be dining here ever even if thestaff changes. Read more
