Lady at the drive through took my debit card and never gave it back. Once I realized and called back the restaurant, they said... they didn?t have it and the crew member working at the time was off. I do believe it was an honest mistake on her part, but nothaving the courage to simply give the card to a manager and making it known that you had somebody else?s card is kind ofpathetic and spineless. Now I get to change the payment info on every service, subscription, platform, and use to my new debitcard. Thanks Carl?s Jr. for ruining my day. Read more

working on memorial Day I decided to get myself a treat so I ordered the raptor Burger and they forgot the two onion rings in... the burger? I had to go in and only one person spoke English, So sad. ????. There's nothing big about this burger, It's smallerthan a single western bacon cheeseburger and it cost me over $11.00 and that was without cheese ????. Horrible staff I only ordered 1 thing because the drive through employee kept rushing me when I asked 3 times for a few seconds... to think I decided not to ever return to this specific CJ's the employees clearly don't care about their job I asked for a sideof Dante Fe sauce and I decided not to use it as it looked like it was spit in. I?ve been coming to this Carls Jr for over 25 years. Not really happy with the last times I?ve been there. It?s gets so... expensive to eat out nowadays so the choices have to be more precise in what you actually want to eat. Today I paid $47 for mydinner. I had to take pictures of the big chicken fillet sandwich with mushy lettuce. Check this file out it should be called aflop. It?s flatter than most chicken breast that I?ve seen, it looks like a smashed out nugget. Not happy at all not happy atall. My grand daughter insisted on getting a hamburger there. Otherwise I would?ve gone to Wendy or McDonald?s. At least thefood looks a little fresher. What?s good? The Diet Coke, the chocolate cake, and the strawberry cheesecake. French fries werelimp like they were sitting around for a while and the salad look like it was the other breast to this sick chicken. I don?tthink I had enough room to take that many pictures so I?ll skip that. I know we have the right to eat wherever we choose and bychoosing other than the places that don?t serve us well it makes a point yes, but like I tell my wife, if you don?t complain andtell them their fault it?s just as much my fault if they keep pushing the same flop food. Not sure if it was the shift Or theoverall quality now of this restaurant. PS, oh yes don?t let me f Forget when I had ordered the 6 or eight piece chicken stripsthose were a joke crispy crunchy and in pieces. I even took a picture of it and showed it to the supervisor the next time I wasin and she just made some kind of a comment and I don?t even remember if she said sorry or not. November 13, 2022. I ordered Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger and when I got home, it's a single patty. I had to drive all the... way back there to get correct order! Such inconvenience! The cook can't even tell the difference between double and singlepatty. I'll never come here anymore! Read more
