I use.to really love me some chipotle when it first opened. For last 4-5 years it has gone so far down. It don?t taste fresh at... all. The attitude of the workers is horrible no matter what of day you go. They act like they are paying for your food by beingso stingy and when you say you want more they get pushed out of shape. The food is typical chipotle. I liked it! The cleanliness of this Chipotle is close to a dump. Garbage all over the floor,... table, and serving area. There was almost no clean tables. Other customers were cleaning after others. The cleanliness isembarrassing and unsanitary. I don't understand the covid precaution sign at the beginning of the line if they're keeping thisplace this dirty. Read more
This was the worst Chipotle experience ever. They were out of certain meat selections. So due to prior experiences at various... Chipotle establishments I've learned to ask prior to ordering if they are out of certain items so I did. The food is fresh for sure but the place is very very dirty. The management needs to maintain it well. The table chairs and... floors particularly is very bad. It has been the same for last couple of years. Hopefully someone can take care of it soonerthan later. Read more
Service was good per usual however nearly half my burrito was simply meat,cheese and sour cream although I ordered both chicken... and steak..one half of the burrito was super cold due to cheese and sour cream being on one end while the meat beans and ricewas on the other end...worse experience ever since I have been a customer..Chips was always fresh and tasty now stale and supersalty... I'm not sure why the bad reviews but I came around 11:30 am when it wasn't busy . Couldn't catch his name ( brown skin brother )... but he was quick and efficient working along side the manager . I was in n out. Food was as expected. Very good. The chips alsohad the perfect lime taste . I understand being hungry and impatient and or picky but give these ppl a break. They are workinghard . Requesting full refund & voucher. My burrito was gross. Large chunks fatty meat (garlic gujillo steak) & no cheese, loaded with... sourcream. I ordered online had to wait 15 minutes. The manager does not possess the right skill level, just kept telling me,we're busy. I'm busy too. On the clock from work that's why I ordered it online & expect it to be ready.
