Great service, quite mediocre food. Got a burrito, but there was almost no chicken in it, mostly rice. The toilets were clean... though, but the decor was a bit dated. Yes, you do not look for ambience at a fast food restaurant. Read more
I had the double chicken tostada. Chicken was overcooked and the bottom was a bit soggy and the whole dish was pretty... tasteless. Even the sauces were tasteless. Very disappointing. Read more

I love the food here, it's made with great care. Not only do the general public love this place, but the staff also love the... food. It's always crowded and always busy. A lot of options, and a lot of vegetarian options which I love as well. The place isclean, the staff are nice, and overall it seems like everybody's happy to work there. Read more
I had the Birria Tacos 3 different visits (yes I enjoy El Pollo Loco). Overall they had great flavor, but they were... inconsistently prepared. The first visit was the best though it took over 15 minutes to get them. The remaining two visitsranged from the shell nearly being burned to barely any meet in the taco. Read more
We love this franchise, so I was not surprised when we had a good experience at this particular location. The staff was very... nice, or food was prepared properly and tasted great. It was not as clean as most locations typically are, but at this time, allrestaurants are struggling to have sufficient staff and the differences were not terrible. Read more
Food is always hot and fresh no complaints, I use the discount coupons in the mail save $4-$6 great for family meals
