Terrible ???? Nasty, old, wilted tacos. The fries were cold and soggy and the hamburger meat was cold and tough as shoe leather.... Drive through was legit, but couldn't use restroom so they loose a star. The new spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic.
i ordered popcorn chicken and they gave me a tiny bag with hardly anything in it and said we ran out of boxes so you gave me 20%... of what i ordered and charged me full and wouldn't give me a refund. Then the staff is super rude on top of that. Read more
The staff here has an attitude problem. One guy who works here thinks it?s funny to give you exactly what you don?t want after... you politely ask for something else several times. He?s always very snappy, and just lies about his childish behavior tomanagement when you question and confront him about it. And management seems to think his poor customer service is acceptable.He?s only respectful to people of his own race. Waited over 5 minutes for the drive thru person to finally take my order. I'm tired from working all day, I'm hungry, I just... want to go home and relax and eat. Why does it take over 5 minutes for you to get on the mic and take my order. Employee keptsaying "I'll take your order in a minute ". Horrible customer service! Slow drive thru. New ribeye burger was not freshly made and smaller than a cheap burger. Large fries not filled all the way and just crumbs. I... would not recommend anyone eat at this establishment. No napkins or receipt in bag. This place needs new management. Read more
The customer service could be better but other than that the food is always hot and quick to get and its convenient.
