Great selection of bottled drinks, walk-in beer cooler, and even FroYo. Nice addition to the convenience store line-up.
What Bad customer service. There were 3 elderly woman cashiers working all at the same time at "Loop". One customer in line... was asking for pricing assistance. The woman pointed and announced the pricing. Obviously the customer did not know what theywere referring to. The woman cashier stamped over to the cooler and rudely pointed to the price as if the customer should knowthis information and Not ask for assistance. The cashier then called over the 2 other elderly "gabby" woman cashiers and theyall began reprimanding the customer verbally in front of the others waiting in line. I am surprised the customer even boughtthe item. This is not customer service. This is a group of older ladies trying to hold a job after all these years anddisciplining the customer. If I had a choice, I would go to another convenience store, or at least hope "Loop" would get betterworkers. Of course, it seems obvious they could not find any help besides this group of gabby, old women. I was ashamed towitness this scene. Read more
