We've ordered twice now trying to give them the benefit of doubt the 2nd time. We won't do that again. The only plus this time... is our pizza was actually cooked and not partially raw. They haven't included ordered sauces either time for mozz sticks orbreaksticks. Breadsticks were overcooked both times. The service has been ok but the food and quality control are reallylacking. The pizza is okay. The pepperoni is spicy hot. The hired help did their best but the management was rude.
Great customer service. Their management really goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service and pizza.
They sent me the wrong pizza and treated me like it was my fault when I called them. I called and said that, "I have to leave... for work in 20 minutes so I'd rather get my pizza the next day." The managers response was,"Not my problem." and hung up on me.Called the next day and they asked for the other pizza back. I've ordered from them over a hundred times but never again. Theonly one that had any idea about customer service or that wanted to make it right was the 17 year old kid running the registerand answering the phone. Read more
