We've ordered twice now trying to give them the benefit of doubt the 2nd time. We won't do that again. The only plus this time... is our pizza was actually cooked and not partially raw. They haven't included ordered sauces either time for mozz sticks orbreaksticks. Breadsticks were overcooked both times. The service has been ok but the food and quality control are reallylacking. The pizza is okay. The pepperoni is spicy hot. The hired help did their best but the management was rude.
Great customer service. Their management really goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service and pizza.
They sent me the wrong pizza and treated me like it was my fault when I called them. I called and said that, "I have to leave... for work in 20 minutes so I'd rather get my pizza the next day." The managers response was,"Not my problem." and hung up on me.Called the next day and they asked for the other pizza back. I've ordered from them over a hundred times but never again. Theonly one that had any idea about customer service or that wanted to make it right was the 17 year old kid running the registerand answering the phone. Read more
My friend and I walked in with my real service dog and they were very polite.They offered an extra because they were so busy... with Superbowl food our order was a bit late....Everest pizza and salad bar...fantastic as always...if I could I would give them6 stars... Read more
The pizza is totally 5 Star.. loved it! Toppings, sauce, crust.. all seriously yummy!! But the prices are outrageous! $20+ for a... small 10" is crazy. Total bill was $47+ for a small snowy alps, a medium gluten free McKinley and 2 fountain drinks . If pricedoesn't matter, you'll have amazing pizza.. Read more
We had the McKinley Pizza. Very polite staff clean restrooms clean atmosphere the pizza was fresh and mouth-watering.
Originally had an issue with them but they rectified it and we are all good now. Love that Everest Pizza. Raj is a super nice... guy and I appreciate them fixing their error. Read more
