Do not eat at this place!!!!! I literally sat at the table across from the cash register and looked up to the kitchen and saw... one of the workers blowing their nose directly towards the sink and the trash can multiple times and this is where they wash thedishes to cook with on top of that he had no tissue and didn't even try to wash his hands. I said something to the guy runningthe front of the store and he starting saying something to the guy in another language, I left my food told him that wasdisgusting and I could never eat there again and walked out. Disappointed in the son of the owner at this location. I called in and ordered five rice plates for my family and I. The son... said that it would be 20 mins. I drove all the way down there from Cordelia just for him to tell me that they had no more riceplates. I asked him why he didn?t call me beforehand and his only excuse was that he was busy. He said his dad told him 15minutes ago that there was no more rice plates. If he would have just called me it would have saved me a trip and me gettingangry with him. He should not take an order he cannot for sure fulfill. I will never go here again and will be visiting theother locations in nearby cities of Vacaville and Vallejo. Read more
Awesome food, great (and fast service). Price is very reasonable. I asked the person who answered the phone if I can order now... coz my blood sugar is getting real low. He said they couldn't do that because quite few people who called sometimes didn't showup. However, since the pork chop takes a while to cook, he took care of my order unbeknownst to me. I really enjoyed this place! Our normal place was closed and someone told us about this place. The prices are really good, and... the portions are good. No idea what happened to this restaurant. Maybe because of the pandemic, now even if you are dine in , you have to order at the... register and pay first. Even worse is, there is only one menu tape on the table, you have to bend down close to read it well.When I asked for the Togo menu, to be easier to read and order, I was surprised to be told, there's no Togo menu. Is itbelievable? More disappointed, I ordered Vietnamese coffee, if you are a regular customer with a Vietnamese restaurant, you knowthe Vietnamese coffee is the steam one when served on the table, and that's the picture shown on their menu. Guess what, we gotthe iced coffee in the Togo cup when it was on the table. They don't have a Togo menu but Togo cups served for drinks for dinein??? And the grilled pork chops are old and salty, also overcooked! By the way, it wasn't grilled but pan fried, it's very easyto see the difference if you tried the grilled pork chops in other restaurants. And the waiter is with dark finger nails whenserved the food on the table, I don't think that's appropriate when you're working at the restaurant while handling food. Well,this is the last time I went to this restaurant but I guess they don't care as with their service attitude the whole time.
