We were just there earlier today. We brought our young grand daughters age 4 and 5 they were excited to pick what they wanted... on their pizzas. We were greated by a rude piologist who lost her patience with the girls. Our pizza had little to no sauce orcheese. The crust was like a cracker so hard and very dry. First time here and the customer service was on point. The Pieoligist was happy to help me understand how things work and also... kind enough to allow me time to download the rewards app. I order the cauliflower crust it is YUMMY!!! My girlfriend and I eat at Vacaville's Pieology on a regular basis. This place doesn't hold a candle to Vacaville's. They're too... light with the toppings, the edge of my pizza was hard, the center was chewy like rubber, and the cut was so shallow, I couldn'ttake pieces out of it. Never eating here again. A year ago I rated this place five stars. And it breaks my heart that I have to change it to one star. I'm here on this Sunday... night, it's super slow the dining area is a complete mess. There's nobody in line for orders yet there's not a single person outhere cleaning, taking out the trash, etc. I watched a young woman behind the counter refill the food bins and instead of doingit properly by putting a new food bin in and putting the old product on top, she is putting new food on old food. Now I'mstarting to understand why I always have a little bit of a stomach ache the day after eating this pizza. There have been a lotof staffing changes from what I can tell over the last year. And during that time the standards have fallen considerably. I'veworked in food service so I know how much detail and attention needs to be paid to these things. Somebody please get this crewtogether and get them back on track. If you need help let me know and I'd be happy to do so. I would like to add that the staffis super friendly and super courteous. From what I could tell the supervisor or manager on duty was the guy in a ponytailbecause he was the one directing people to do certain things. Ponytail, guy direct somebody to clean up your dining area.....that's the first impression people have of your establishment when they walk in. Read more
This is a close-up of the pizza that I created at Pieology. The place is set up like subway, you pick out your crust, your... sauces and Seasonings, and you get unlimited ingredients to pick from. I put a little bit of everything my pizza is usually 3inches thick :) I really like extra sharp cheddar and Pieology only has mild, so I bring an 8oz package of shredded extra-sharpcheddar and put it on the pizza to melt in after they bring it out of the oven. This is the Masterpiece that was created and itwas oh so delicious. You really should try your own. Read more
Friendly staff. They were out of the fresh lemonades but it was middle of afternoon. Maybe they were cleaning the machine or... somthing. The icee machine was working. Very generous on the topping portions for the pizza. Good spot to grab a quick pizza. Read more
