Was visiting Ramona for a few weeks... Absolutely love this Popeyes and the staff are amazing they treat everybody with respect... and dignity and they are very hard-working and diligent every time I've come there I've had a great experience and the food isalways fresh and hot! They're not chintzy with the sauces either like the Popeyes in the SF Bay Area all the way to Sacramentoarea. Up here their total sauce Nazis and it's so lame doesn't matter how much food you order they don't give you any sauce yougot to pay 50 cents a piece it's ridiculous! Hats off to Popeye's in ramona! I went to the drive up. Ordered with a coupon I received in the mail. Hardly waited in line although it was the start of the... dinner rush. The food was hot and fresh. The employees were friendly and respectful. Read more
For a place to pushes an entire menu of sauces to go with everything they can't even remember ketchup. I ordered fries, chicken... strips & popcorn shrimp so I asked for ketchup, ranch & tartar sauce. I got nothing, not even butter or honey for my biscuit. Ispent 45 dollars and can't even get 1 condiment. I also ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches just w/ out mayonnaise and somehowI only got spicy sauce when I didn't want any sauce on just the 1 sandwich. I started using this location bc the one on highway12 is always a disaster but now I'm convinced it's the whole freaking company. I grew up going to Popeyes since I was a kid. Itused to be a treat now I just hate everything. Will be my last visit to any Popeye's. Read more

The manager is on break wearing her gloves while using her phone. I told her that was gross since she keeps going back to the... kitchen to get customers' food and she said thank you and changed her gloves and got back on her phone. The bathroom isoverflowing and they are using the squeegee to pull toilet water into the kitchen. The bathrooms are disgusting and not stocked.I let her know but she sai she is on break. We stopped going to this location because there was always a problem. Items were missing or they were out of items, like... chicken. Tried again and ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. Got two sandwiches, but only one was spicy. They were not busy,so I can?t see why this would have happened. I think we have been fooled for the last time. Read more
So of all the locations visited, the Pittsburg was by far busiest. Both drive up & counter were lined up down & around. Took... half hour to place our order. Fresh, juicy, tender golden deliciousness! Read more
Prices are up but the chicken is still great. We did complain about the tiny drumstick though.
