This location needs a really good cleaning. The staff was nice but was on her personal phone while taking my order. She also did... not wash her hands or wear gloves before making the pizza. I believe she was the only employee there because there was no oneelse to help her. I had to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper in the stalls, toilets were dirty. This round table Pizza has consistently good pizza, fast service and friendly staff.
The pizza and food is amazing. Never had a bad experience here. Being greeted upon entry is a super plus for customer service.... That's makes a world of difference. The interior could use a good update and modernization though/deep cleaning. Read more
The store was a tad dirty, about 3 or 4 tables that needed to be cleaned. I was told 10 minutes for my pie but it was closer to... 25.. the lady was nice, they had a particular dressing and that salad bar looked good Read more
Arrived there after 1 pm and the dining room was empty. My wife and I were greeted quickly and we ordered a personal pep and... olive, a salad bar, and 2 sodas. The pizza arrived quickly, a little black on the crust on one side, but otherwise fine. Thesalad bar was adequately stocked. My biggest complaint which overshadowed eating there was the cleanliness. The tile floor inthe dining room was dirty, especially with crumbs and debris in corners and edges. Especially around the hot bar where theall-you-can-eat pizza is served. Three tables had plates, cups and pizza pans leftover from previous diners, but these weren'tcleaned up until right before we left. I counted three employees and one supervisor (maybe manager) who was working on hislaptop in the party room. In the 30-40 minutes we were there, we only saw one other customer come in for a pickup. Even thoughwe enjoyed lunch, it was a turnoff seeing the lack of effort to at least pickup the tables that needed attention, let alone thelong-term cleaning this dining room obviously needs. Was faster to walk in than wait at the curd during the busy times. Good pizza but a little expensive if you don't have a... coupon. People were friendly. Parking is easy due to the large parking lot for the mall. Read more
The priced listed online are not honored in the store and had to pay $33 instead different the advertised $21 deal. Food was... okay but staff was rude and left me standing at the register for 6 minutes before letting me pay.
