Sandwiches had more lettuce than meat. Order came to me wrong, so I was charged more for less. Called to let the manager know... they messed up and that they should pay closer attention as to not waste their customers money. Manager decided to call me backand leave a voicemail telling me I was rude and wrong about my order being incorrect lol. I'll enjoy badmouthing this place! Read more

My first time eating here and will never comeback. The wait was ridiculous 15 minutes for one sandwich. I watched people who... ordered after me get their sandwiches and leave first. The workers are so slow it's amazing they're still in business. Not your typical sandwich place with that smell the moment you walk in.The place is clean and the sandwich choices are simple to... choose from. Ordered the French Dip sandwich. The sandwich was okay, nothing special, but the au jus tasted like water, no flavor at all,... looked watered down. Had this sandwich in the Concord location and it tasted as a French Dip sandwich should taste. Locationmatters apparently. Read more
