32 mins in the drive thru later, 2 cars ahead of us had 5 fraps. 1 car had 2 drinks, we had 2 drinks and they got that wrong. ... I don't typically go to Starbucks or the drive thru. 32 mins? REALLY! Read more

Suuuper frustrating: the parking lot is tight, funky, and after waiting 15-20 minutes for a slooooow moving line in the drive... thru, finally get to the speaker/menu sign and see a paper handmade sign "sorry no Frappuccinos, blenders are broken". Sheesh,after waiting 15 minutes I'm stuck, settle for a second choice, hot mocha. I'm stuck, still 3 cars in front of me! 15 minutes orso and get to the window, get my drink and it's a bummer on my birthday, and 1/2 hour feels wasted, hitting more traffic on thelong drive from the bay area to home in Sacramento. Lame! For the cost of these drinks, they can't replace/fix multiple blendersor keep the line moving efficiently on a Sunday... Read more

Pretty much every time I come here my drink is not made right. The order is repeated back to me and the receipts say what I... asked for but I'm not actually leaving the drive thru with what I asked. I've had to go inside right after leaving the drivethru to have drinks fixed and its annoying. I won't be coming back after ordering and paying for a shot of espresso in my Chailatte and not getting it. Read more

How on Earth does it take 30 minutes to get through a drive-thru with only six cars ahead of me? 5 minutes per car is absurd,... you should post a warning label on your giant sign on the freeway. ARG.!.!.! Read more

Coffee service was good , staff good. Bathrooms were disgusting filthy! I choose the better of the 3. Restaurant eating area was... not to clean either. Unfortunately, I did not bring my phone in to take pictures. Read more

If I could give ZERO, I would. We waited 30mins in the drive thru!! Service was just awfully slow. Drinks were downright... TERRIBLE! We ordered two Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brews. This is our go-to drink, we know when it's made wrong. The cold brewtasted watered down and just disgusting. Couldn't taste the vanilla, couldn't taste sweet cream. It looked like they gave one acold foam and the other a watered down cold brew AND sweet cream. I tried drinking it because I needed the coffee but it wasjust a waste of money. DO BETTER! Read more

First time going in to order. Was extremely disappointed other people received their hot drinks before me although I was ahead... of them in line. Waited about 10 mins in line drive thru and another 15 mins inside. My Strawberry Acai was so nasty tasted likeflavored water down water. ????
