Been going here for years. It's a family favorite. They have great pasta and apps. They even sell their vodka sauce which is my... favorite. Had an absolutely perfect meal at Centro last night. Orzo soup to start was delicious. The Cod special was literally the best... any of us had ever eaten (3 of us ordered it). Crusted and cooked perfectly, with asparagus and potatoes, it was simply amazing.Homemade Blueberry pie and Coconut ice cream was a delicious ending. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and basicallyflawless taking care of us. If I could go there every night and have the exact same meal, I would. Can't wait to go back. Read more
The good: they're friendly and easy to make reservations. It's clean. The not so good: wait staff is variable. My waitress wa... very slow with a light crowd. The problem: I ordered Sea Scallops with risoto. The risoto came out chilly and the scallops weretough (I'm guessing that the dish sat on the side). My son's chicken parmesean was over-cooked (when an 11 yr old asks ifchicken is supposed to be crispy, you know something's up). Read more
Absolutely my new favorite restaurant in Fairfield! The menu has a focus on fresh, Italian fare. Everything is top-notch quality... with very reasonable prices. Be sure to save room for dessert, because the affogato is to die for! Staff is very attentive andfriendly. The decor is very tasteful with a very Italian Mediterranean streetside flair. Parking is quite convenient given itsprime location in downtown Fairfield, with a public lot next door. Will definitely be back! Read more
great choice for a sit down meal! we went in on a cold day and it was a very welcoming environment! lots of meal options and... good variety of drinks as well. our server was so nice and everything was very clean and efficient. ordered the californiaburger, with chips, very tasty! and also ordered the bar burger, which is an open faced burger with an excellent sauce! lastly,ordered the firehouse panini, highly recommended all of the sandwiches on the menu!! 10/10 going here again!
