This location is a terrible one. Everything is always in disarray, missing ingredients, getting barely cooked rice, super... messy, and workers that are not nice. Tonight we encountered a rude, disrespectful person that happens to be the manager. Wewill never go to that location again even though it?s 5 mins from our house. The locations in Bridgeport and Stratford areclean, happy, never have issues. This is what I?ve known of Chipotle over the years. Not the anger and disappointment we getgoing to the Fairfield store. It's a good Mexican fast food chain dishing out burritos,plates of rice , choice of chicken,beef in a burrito or platter... includes chopped lettuce and sour cream. Read more
Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It's close to my house so I go pretty frequently out of convenience. However, the quality is... absolutely horrendous. Food is generally cold, staff gives extremely small portions where it is almost as if they are told notto give a full scoop of chicken. If I could give this Chipotle less than 1 star I would. I went there pick up my food. I ordered through ubereat. Staffs wearing we are with trees shirts. Seem likes they are... protesting. Great way to tank the company having stuff protest. Associates were telling me if I ordered at next door. She wasmaking faces instead of offering to make another salad. Worst customer service ever. Read more
Save yourself a trip. When this store isn?t disgusting it?s out of food. It always looks like a bomb I?d going off. The trash... overflows onto the utensils they expect you to eat with. The tables and floors are constantly covered in food. I obsessed withChipotle and now drive all the way to Bridgeport. It?s a more sketchy area but honestly I?ll take my chances for the stress Iavoid. I have reported them to the health department for the gross conditions. Read more
Had my first experience at a chipotle today. Ordered ahead of time and the food was ready as soon as I stepped in. The place was... clean, tables were as well. The good was good, no complaints there and overall was a good experience, better than I expected. Read more
I had a horrible experience- I had ordered off of Uber Eats from here and ended up getting the wrong order (my fault for not... looking at the contents of the bag) but the print on the receipt had cut off the rest of the name and the other order just sohappened to have the same first name so it was incorrectly delivered and I had to reorder. I got my usual burrito bowl and letme just say that it was absolutely unacceptable the way it arrived to me. I ordered a bowl with garlic steak, white rice, cornand cheese as well as chips. The chips were missing from my order so that was issue #1. Secondly, the employees threw onwhatever garlic sauce they use for the steak and the sauce was in my bowl in CHUNKS, so I was basically eating huge pieces ofover salted garlic. They also forgot the corn salsa and put tomato salsa instead. I hate raw tomatoes. The employees do not careand just threw together garbage. I had called multiple times to get my order straightened out and the ?customer service? numberwas just an automated robot who was of no help whatsoever. Never coming back/ordering from here again.
