I went out to dinner tonight with my husband and our friend. I will start with the fact that the food was absolutely delicious;... no complaints there. The service was rushed, though. The moment we sat down, our waitress asked for our order. We of coursewe?re not ready yet, as we had not even received a menu yet. A couple of minutes later she came back again. We then decided tojust order the appetizer first. No more than a minute later, she asked if we were ready to order dinner. Our dinner arrived andwas well prepared. We then ordered dessert and when it arrived, so did the check. My husband actually said that he had nevergotten his dessert and the check at the same time, and my friend agreed that it felt quite rushed. Please train your staff notto rush the customers. The place was hopping. So many folks trying to get dinner before a Jackson Browne concert a few minutes away. Even so, the... service was remarkably friendly and efficient! Had the pear and arugula salad with grilled salmon. Large piece of fishperfectly grilled. My husband had the Cesar salad with a burger on top. He said the burger was really good! I liked this place! It's cute, local, has nice outdoor seating & open patio! It's a great place to get a cocktail and perhaps... some wings. I didn't enjoy the nachos, they were pretty cold, no the guacamole (seems more the the store bought spreads) but I'ddefinitely go back eventually and give something else a try. They also have good live music on some days! Read more
Unfortunately the food came out cold. Not warm. Cold. (Lobster Benedict, sausage Benedict. Chicken sandwich & pancakes).The food... was flavorful, but my son's chicken sandwich was cold and dry. We were there a few years ago and it was great. Read more
Great experience with friendly service and also other patrons. My wife had the super salad and I had the eggs benedict with... sausages served over a waffle. There were 6 in our party and every one was happy with their choice. We left ready to take foodcoma naps. :-). Read more
Stopped by on our way back from VA to RI. Had a delicious lunch. Our server Heidi was wonderful, food was excellent, ... atmosphere great. And a bonus was the live jazz music. Highly recommend visiting Little Goose. We will come by again. Read more
