I went with my children yesterday for dinner. We were able to take advantage of happy hour which was surprisingly affordable.... The server was attentive and the food was good. There was a couple sucking face at the bar that made us a bit uncomfortable. Idefinitely feel that the manager should have asked them to leave. What happens after 10pm is one thing but for Christ sake, itwas 6pm. Read more

Sub-par food and service. Had brunch there and the service was not very good. The waiter wasn?t bad but seemed cold and didn?t... really check on our table, which I would understand during a rush but the place wasn?t busy at all. Also, received really weirdstares from the blonde bartender/manager throughout our whole meal although we were friendly, pretty quiet actually, and onlyhad three people at our table? (edit: I?ve just read some other tables of younger women having negative experiences with thefemale waitstaff and my friends and I definitely got a taste of that). Nice bar and outdoor seating but food and drink was just ok. Malibu marg is sweet and nothing special. Sweet potato guac... sounded better than it was. Basic guacamole, that needed salt, with a few sweet potatoes on top. Greek bowl was good but verylittle lamb as compared to the rest of the ingredients. In all fairness my review might be slanted because I didn?t like theservice. The bartender was a little arrogant and condescending. amazing food and service. Usually I dine at the establishment. Tonight I placed an order through Uber eats. As humans they... forgot to deliver one meal. I called the store and the manager, Christian, said they would deliver me the food they forgot. & hedelivered it personally. Now that made my day. Great job Malibu taco. Tried this place a few times so far and its always a great experience. Normally go for tacos, side note- fish tacos are a must... try for me, but this time had salmon bowl - and I'm in love :) it's super filling and delicious. Nice atmosphere inside and out. Read more
I definitely will be back to Malibu in the near future. The food was amazing. Quick service and beautiful decor. The... ?quesadilla? pizza was the highlight of my meal. The crust was nice and crispy. Malibu is a must! Read more
The Vegan salad is very bland. There was a nice variety of ingredients but it needs some flavor. The citrus lime dressing was... also tasteless. Nice atmosphere! Fun and casual. Read more
