I have eaten here hundreds of times but after my last visit I felt compelled to give them a much deserved 5 star review. First... of all, all of the food is incredible, fresh, so flavorful and always served hot. We dined in with our 2 year old twins onSaturday and the servers/host could not be more attentive and friendly. They made us feel welcome, were always smiling and wentabove and beyond to make it a great experience. Highly recommend for families or date nights. Read more

Spice me please! As a girl who has a unique craving for well crafted spicy cocktails, this Smoke Show was absolutely delicious!... The cocktail is made with Reposado tequila, mezcal, passion fruit, ginger, lime, and sea salt. I requested the bar tender addextra peppers to give the drink more of a kick! (And boy did it kick in all the right places!) Let?s not forget about thepresentation! Our bartender (Steph) poured this mix over a single large ice cube topped with a cute rose bud garnish. I've been to several Pho spots and although they are all great in their own ways Mecha Noodle Bar wins 1st place for me! They... get the trophy for music, price, atmosphere, and flavors. FOOD: I had the Pho sizzle with shrimp added, red oil dumplings, anda spiked bubble tea. A-May-Zing! The broth in the pho was no simple broth. There were layers of flavors and a nice balancebetween acidic, spicy, and fattiness. The extra red oil put it through the roof. Perfect noodles, veggies cooked to perfection.The grilled steak was excellent and the shrimp wonderful! My red oil dumplings were huge. Very filling I could've had them aloneas a meal. The spiked bubble tea was refreshing. Atmosphere: They played an eclectic mix of different types of music. I heardwutang but with a jazzier beat. They played some pop but it seemed like a smoother beat. Played some RnB. Alot of the musicseemed to be from the mid to late 90s up to current. Idk you'll just have to see for yourself. I loved it! There was a mix ofgenX and genZ in the room so the music was very fitting. It was pretty cool. Prices: The waitstaff was very nice andaccommodating without being overbearing. You know what I mean.. when they ask if you're ok 20 times throughout your meal. Not atall.. She was very attentive. Popped over as soon as a cup was empty or the napkins ran out. I?ve been here once before for dinner and ordered the Saigon Egg Rolls and the Sizzle Pho (Steak). The second time around I... ordered the Saigon Egg Rolls and the Classic Pho. The Saigon Egg Rolls ($9) are taste authentic and homemade. The filling isjust enough and super flavorful. The combination of the lettuce wrap, a piece of mint and some of the sauce they give you makesthe egg rolls a perfect appetizer to share or enjoy alone. The Classic Pho ($12) was just hot enough to eat without burningyour tongue off, which I appreciated. The pho was amazing with well cooked noodles. The only complain I have is that there isn?tmuch beef compared to traditional phos I?ve had. Usually it?s large pieces of thinly sliced raw or cooked beef, but this phocontained smaller chunks of cooked beef, which were enjoyable but definitely not enough given the noodle/soup ratio. I love howthey give you the option to ask for more noodles to pair with your extra soup at the simple price of $2. They have an extensivemenu for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, which makes this spot a bustling hot spot for many people who love their pho orramen! Their customer service is also unmatched. The servers are quick and always one step ahead, refilling waters once a glassis empty before you can even get a chance to ask for more and they even charged my phone for me when it was dead.
