What a poor representation of the Pokemoto brand. I had an issue with my order in which I spent $60. I spoke to Marlyn the... manager and she proceeded to argue with me, hang up the phone on me and was more concerned with her power trip than assisting mewith my issue. There?s no customer service at this location. I feel corporate should be swiftly intervening here, as store hassuch a disgusting service level and they scraped the bottom of the barrel to employee their so called leadership staff.
