Poke Salad regular outdated and not fresh and the wavy hair came out of the salad. It was very unpleasant.

What a poor representation of the Pokemoto brand. I had an issue with my order in which I spent $60. I spoke to Marlyn the... manager and she proceeded to argue with me, hang up the phone on me and was more concerned with her power trip than assisting mewith my issue. There?s no customer service at this location. I feel corporate should be swiftly intervening here, as store hassuch a disgusting service level and they scraped the bottom of the barrel to employee their so called leadership staff. This place went downhill very fast. I used to buy from here constantly. The last three times were the worst so I suggest going... to a different location. The past two times the rice was awful. I?m not sure how you mess up rice at a poke place but it wasmush and over cooked or hard and chewy, no in between. Tonight when I ordered I basically just paid for rice since there wasliterally almost nothing on it, they forgot some of my ingredients, and it made me sick to top it all off. Loved it. Really amazing also the offer they have of 50% is amazing. We got 2 large bowls for 18$ with tip.
Good poké bowls and decent options for the money! Sign up for the Snackpass! Definitely worth the discount. Ingredients are... usually very fresh and good quality. Serving is abundant and ready pretty quickly! For those who aren't familiar with Pokébowls just think more along the lines of deconstructed sushi with better options you can't put in a roll. You get greeted as soon as you walk in. Friendly staff. The place is clean. Great service. Really enjoyed my bowl.
