I am disappointed with the show that they put on today. It just showed me how people can take advantage of one another. My two... granddaughters ordered their two rolled ice cream flavors. Originally they wanted chocolate base with oreos but they were soldout of the chocolate base so they had to get vanilla, they were upset with this but then just agreed on the vanilla. Theyordered their flavors and all was well my granddaughters started watching one of their ice creams being made the first one wasfine but then it was time for my second granddaughters and she was asked can you have another base that?s not vanilla orchocolate and she didn?t want that so she asked him for their other flavors and he said dairy free so she got that he startedgetting bright green bananas from a plastic bag and started using it as the base at this point it should be called rollingbananas. They were taken advantage of and i was disgusted when she brought her rolled bananas to the table she tried it andhated it i had to say something i told them that this was vile and it was raw and not for human consumption and all they saidwas sorry and i didn?t even get a refund. Best. Ice. Cream. Oh my god, this ice cream was for sure worth 7 dollars. It was tasty and I got 6 rolls! Ties with 16 handles,... but this is just way cheaper! Will come again. Read more
The website lied to me it states it closes at 11 but they closed at 9:30PM. And then they proceeded to ask if I wanted ice cream... or bubble tea. When I answered ice cream. They said no sorry Ice cream is close. Why make me answer if you knew you wereclosing! This is the second time that I have gone before 10 PM and they have closed on me!!! Disappointed Read more
Delicious ice cream every time! The employees as friendly and have a great memory. Just my name that they don?t remember some... times. It?s a fun environment where you take photos with yours friends and post it on the wall there. They are always smilingwith a great energy! Love it! Read more
I can't even put into words how much I love this place. My friends and I go here after every Sound Tigers game, and after just... three visits the staff began to recognize us when we'd come in. I drive 40 minutes just to eat here when I'm craving ice cream -it's that good. Read more
Freezing Moo is my favorite CT dessert place! The decor is so open, cute and the whole place smells delicious! I got the Vanilla... rolls with banana, sprinkles and chocolate chips all for $7.50. What you get is totally worth the price. At first you thinkbecause it is rolled that it isn't a lot of after a couple of bits you realize how much you actually have. You even get to seethem create your rolled ice cream and they put a design on it with the sauce of your choosing. I would recommend for any timeyou want dessert. A random night, a hot summer day, or even just to get a treat with friends. The staff is super sweet and youwill absolutely be coming back after your first visit. Read more
Great place! At first, I thought the price was a little high ($7.50 for the only size), but the cup is huge and you get a lot of... ice cream. Enough to share one order for most people. Watching them make it is very entertaining also. Staff is always friendly,place runs very smoothly. Read more
Always a must stop when in the area. The green tea, chocolate and even charcoal bases are delicious. You can make it as decadent... or as light as you want with the mix ins and toppings. The teas are a great plus and perfect to take to a nearby beach. Read more
