The new location in Fairfield is really amazing! Same epic Sally?s New Haven Apizza with incredible new menu additions that are... worth the trip by themselves! I will start by saying the ONLY reason I gave this place one star was because this wouldn't post with zero stars - which is what... they deserve so far from a service standpoint. I realize this is a new place in Fairfield so there is a lot of hype surroundingthe "Sally's Mystique". However I called at 5:15 this evening and after being on hold for 30 minutes, I went to the website andtried to order on line for pick up. The order wouldn't go through as I requested a 6:45 pm pick up - the earliest they couldfill an order was 8:15pm. I could drive to New Haven, eat and come back in less time. I also called two days ago to order for alate lunch at 2pm and even then, there was a two hour wait for pick up. You really only get one chance to make a goodimpression and they missed. I expected a wait but no pizza is worth a two or three hour wait; there is enough really fine pizzahere without dealing with this nonsense. And really - they actually accept reservations for sit down service? This is onlypizza after all, not The Union Square Cafe. Read more
