Worst customer service ever!! I called to place an order, picked it up and when I got home, one item was missing 2 items that I... requested and the other was missing one item. I called to see what can be done and the employee transferred me to her manager.The manager was defensive, argumentative and accusatory! She had the nerve to tell me that it was my responsibility to check theitem before I left (not sure how you can check a burrito). I asked for her name and she said she?s not giving it to me but ifI?d like, I can come in and complain the next day when she?s not in.
