Worst customer service ever!! I called to place an order, picked it up and when I got home, one item was missing 2 items that I... requested and the other was missing one item. I called to see what can be done and the employee transferred me to her manager.The manager was defensive, argumentative and accusatory! She had the nerve to tell me that it was my responsibility to check theitem before I left (not sure how you can check a burrito). I asked for her name and she said she?s not giving it to me but ifI?d like, I can come in and complain the next day when she?s not in. Food was mediocre at best (didn?t expect much after theservice I experienced). The owner replied to me on Google as well as Yelp to email them. I emailed them over two weeks ago andno one responded. I thought this place was really good until the price changed with the cashier. Once I found this place I went 3 times in one... week and the chicken bowl was reasonably priced around 12$ ... Following week the same bowl increased to 16$ and the cashierclaimed it was due to me adding queso but I have been adding queso since I came so I was very confused... Food was good though Read more

I love coming to this Salsa Fresca location. It is very clean, the food preparation area is clean, the dining room is clean, and... even the restrooms are clean! The employees are always friendly, and the general manager, Eva, always goes above and beyond whenI go with my toddler, helping me bring my food to the dining area. Love that it's a brand new, clean place, the food was pretty solid for the money. The guacamole was not good/fresh (had that... processed texture) but there were fresh avocados available. The meats were very seasoned and greasy (some people will likethat), The only true negative of the place was the service; I walked in with my kid when it was empty and there were threepeople behind the counter and no one spoke or made eye contact. It was so weird. Then they looked up with a look like "What?". Really strange for a place that just opened a location and was getting a lot of new guests. They need to train these peoplehow to speak.
