Good ice cream but a little pricey. Was given a cracked waffle cone that collapsed when handed to me and landed upside down on... the counter. Wouldn't give me another one cone but dumped what was left of the ice cream on the counter into a dish and chargedme for not only the broken cone but the dish as well. Read more
Delicious Ice cream but poor customer service. Unwelcoming atmosphere due to the grumpy and aggressive man behind the register... serving. As soon as you take a step in you get this strange need to walk out. No smile, no words. Luckily, there is anotherstore in Wesport ! I will not return to Fairfield. Read more

I've been to them 3 times over the last 4 or 5 months but I won't be back. The candy is consistently hard and stale. They say... they get new candy every week but who knows if they take care to throw out leftover candies rather than just adding more intothe bin. Read more
Love this place and love the staff as well. Only did four stars because I wish it were a touch cheaper. (Or add a tiny kiddie... cup size for cheaper perhaps??) But we love it. Our favorite local ice cream shop for sure! Read more
