Small location located in a small pocket between two roads. Very limited parking. The staff however are all very friendly! A... great inside with a nice second floor with tables. A nice screen that tracks your order. An enjoyable experience! Read more

Something is wrong here and I think they have to evaluate somethings.Not once..a few times I?ve had wrong orders and... instructions not followed yet given personal.or placing an order n wait more than 15-20m while cashiers exchangeshifts(once)today 3 of us had wrong orders while I was here.Drinks being spilled in the counter mistakenly shame what I pointedwas in the mist of that another team member assisted in cleaning up. I don?t always see such great customer service that I feel compelled to leave a review, especially these days, but this morning... was one of those times. The morning staff was clearly slammed but you would only know that by the amount of orders on the board.Two team members stood out as leaders and was able to respectfully give quiet but clear instruction to everyone around them,warmly greet every customer, multi task better than most people I?ve seen and still seem to enjoy being there. No one seemedflustered or frustrated. It might just be coffee, but a full coffeehouse and irritated people could?ve put a negative spin onthe start of my day and it did the opposite. The boy behind the counter who just now in an EMPTY store made eye contact with me then COMPLETELY ignored me, didn't... acknowledge me AT ALL, and acted like my request for a spoon was just an optional question to answer at his leisure... I am SOsorry you haven't yet mastered the ability to greet customers or assist them, but whenever a person walks in greet them, askthem how you can help and then if they ask for something, get it for them the formula for good service is VERY simple..... I'veworked in service for the last decade and I've never had such absolutely abysmal service in an EMPTY place. thank you SO MUCHto the women who ACROSS the store, heard me, spoke up, asked what I would like, got me a spoon AND fork, and appropriatelyacknowledged me as a human being - BRAVO!!!!! excellent customer service and attitude. I hope the girl with glasses who wentabove and beyond to make me feel welcomed is given a raise and paid to train that brunette boy on how to do the job correctly. Read more

outstanding teamwork and dedication from the manager in charge. especially a few days ago when they were backed up on online... orders more like overwhelmed by them. The other Starbucks shut down so these gals and guys maintained everything like pros.Kudos to everyone at this Starbucks. ???????? Read more
