Uber Eat-ed some spaghetti & meatballs when I was sick with Covid because-comfort food. Everything to me tasted salty and gross... (NOT the restaurant--just my taste buds) so I was hesitant but YUM. Hit the spot. Very tasty, and they actually substitutedthe spaghets for cappellini which is easier for me to eat because of weight loss surgery (I'm a mess, I know). In any eventthis simple dish was just what I wanted. I got a lot of food for the price too. Will definitely order again and try some otherdishes. Read more
NEW OWNERSHIP Our family has frequented Steffano's for about 25 years. Their food was good with good value for dollar. With new... ownership, times have changed...for the worse. Their once amazing bread is now tasteless cardboard. Greek salad at $13.50 was afew chopped vegetables with some feta and a thick slice of hard, disappointing bread. Pizza suffered from the same tastelessdough. All good things come to an end. Sadly, such is the case with Steffano's. Read more
Ordered a pizza for delivery not far from the restaurant. The guy on the phone was very abrupt but said it?d be 15 minutes. It... never arrived and calls to the restaurant weren?t answered. Pizza would have probably been awesome if it was still hot when I picked it up 30 minutes after placing my order. The girl who... took my order over the phone and rang me up was either inexperienced or extremely airheaded. Would have been a 4 if my pizzatasted fresher. Read more
Ordered for pickup. Showed up and they forgot my order. They did not tell me and just made the pizza on the spot. When I asked... what happened they ignored me. Don?t go here much better options elsewhere. Edit: just tried the pizza and it?s basically dohwith melted cheese. Easily THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. The reason I only rated Steffano's 4 stars is because I can only comment on one thing and that is the fried mozzarella. It is... the BEST! The serving is 2 flat slices rather than sticks. The breading is crisp and the cheese is stringy and scrumptious. Thesauce is good too.... not chunky, not spicy. I go just for that. Read more
Ordered two lava cakes via Uber eats, they came frozen rock solid, smelling like fish. Could barely open the box because of the... horrible odor. Called the store, the manager sounded absolutely unapologetic and couldn't care less. Read more
Wow, what a terrible experience!!! Ordered through uber eats and wrong order was delivered: we called and they told us the order... was still there and it was uber eats problem and to call them: he then hung up on me! When uber eats called the restaurant totry to fix things they claimed they longer had the order. In the meantime, I have someone else's order and the food is less thanmediocre.
