Ordered through Grub Hub, 2 occasions, in the same week. Both times the orders were incorrect, and wildly incorrect. I called... both times because there was a significant difference in price between what was ordered and what was delivered, and both times,Wings Over told me it was a Grub Hub issue and they couldn?t resolve the problem. When I told the store that the order thatwent in through Grub Hub was correct and that they just made it wrong, they again said it was an issue that they couldn?tresolve. So twice, an order of 12 wings and tots, for $40 was wrong, twice. Keep that in mind if you order. Read more

I paid $19 for 12 wings. 4 out of 12 of the wings were practically bone and inedible. Very small and dry. I am a huge wing... fanatic and super disappointed with my decision of going here. If McDonald?s served wings, I bet they?d do a better job Read more

This has done it. I have given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt too many times. This place is everything you don't want... in a restaurant. I'll start with the most aggravating, the fact that they are slower than death. TWICE I placed an Uber eatsorder which was canceled TWICE because the kitchen staff made the drivers wait for over 30 minutes. I ordered 12 wings and frieswhich should not have taken more than 15 minutes to make! Not to mention the complete ineptitude of whatever this place callstheir staff. I called to try and figure out the problem and was met with a lady with a terrible attitude who was the opposite ofhelpful. How this place stays in business is beyond me. ?Twas a late Monday night, after struggling to find an open dining establishment for some time, we landed on Wings Over at... around 11:20 p.m. The utter belligerence and lack of respect I was shown as a customer was simply outrageous. After my 2 friendsand I placed our orders, we sat for an excruciating 30 minutes before only one of us received our first order, the followingorders being delivered in intervals of 10 minutes. Obviously starved, my friends who received their food tore their bags openand began eating while waiting for my food to be made, it was at this point (around 12:00) that the lady working the registerhad the audacity to utter the words ?we?re closed.? Excuse me? We are the ones who have been waiting on you, not the other wayaround. It?s also important for me to mention that not a single other soul entered the establishment while we were there,granting them no excuses for the long wait. Upon receiving my food, I was hungry and excited; however, when I began to open mymeal, my appetite only diminished. I received the saltiest garlic Parmesan wings one could possibly fathom, and one of the wingslooked like something I wouldn?t even wish upon my mortal enemy to consume. I made the regrettable decision to order somethingmuch more complex and abstract than simply chicken: chicken inside a piece of bread. How this took an hour to prepare is beyondmy comprehension, but led me to draw to the only realistic conclusion: some dude was bussin a nut in my ranch back there. Read more
I was hoping for some saucy boneless wings but they were a bit dry. Buffalo chicken burger with waffle fries were good though.... We also ordered their new tender sandwich (comes in pair) was delicious. I recommend that you call a head of time to order toavoid the long wait. I will be definitely coming back to try more flavors and I will ask for some more and heavy sauce. Read more
Really bad customer service. I was a walk-in customer and wanted to take a set of wings to a friend?s place. Ordered a 25 wing... takeout around 6 in the evening and was told that it would take about 20mins. A little later the staff rotated out of its shiftand the new person started asking those who were waiting about their orders. She said it would take them 35-40mins and theprevious person lied!!! This was already 6:15. While the new cust. service rep. may have just taken over and you may have tonsof orders but really the service is just pathetic. There was another gentleman waiting and his ordeal was no less - he had madethe ?mistake? of pre-ordering a large order at 11 in the morning to be picked up at 6. He finally left the store at 6:30!!
