We had waited for nearly 7 minutes to even be acknowledged in the drive through. We were told to wait a few more minutes while... they took the order of two newer customers first. We then were able to speak to the employee again and were AGAIN told to wait afew more minutes while there were no other patrons in line. We ended up leaving as they obviously did not want our business.Will not be going back. Read more
Did not enough help plus some of their equipment was not working. Waited for 20 minutes, then they wanted me to wait in the... parking lot some more. I had an appointment, so I had to leave. I ask them for my money back, but they could not give me arefund, so I was out $6 and some change. Will never go back. Read more
Extremely slow even with no one else in the drive and no one in the lobby. I understand being under staffed. But the Food was... awful tho cold dry and its never right . The past two times I had ate there I didn?t even get what I ordered, a few months passed by so I figured I?d give them another... chance, mistake. I had higher hopes this time as the guy taking my order seemed professional and was very nice. I ordered anumber 1 (Whopper Meal) with no lettuce and no onion, with a side of chicken fries. Got my food and drove off (my mistake fortrusting them and not looking first) they gave me a Whopper Jr with onions and lettuce and no chicken fries. I decided whatever,I?ll pick the onions and lettuce off and eat it anyway; meat was super cold. I will not be going back. They?ve had three chancesand got my order wrong every time. Read more
There were a couple of employees who cared but the rest did not care. Employees were touching there face and clothes and then... handling food. One female employee with an asian style tattoo on the back of her neck was extremely rude and lazy. Went there and lady said order when ready then didn't let us. So we pulled to window and said couldn't hear you. She said we... weren't ready for you. Really mean and rude . There was one car only there in drive threw. Will never go there again very veryrude. Read more
The staff here are professional and courteous, even though they are short staffed due to the pandemic. Restaurant was modern and... sanitary. The food was cooked well and displayed correctly on the trays. Probably the best BK experience I've ever had! Greatjob FF BK!! Read more
TERRIBLE service. 12-6-22 sat from 12:08 when order was taken till 12:34 when received food. Sat at the food window waiting 11... minutes on food then the Wopper was COLD!!! I had to get back to work or I would have taken it inside to get refund! Justterrible service!! Read more
