Was just at this Casey's for a pit stop. Car wouldn't unlock so waited by front window for AAA. Clerk behind the counter was... wearing her face mask below her nose the whole time. I waited until there were no customers to approach her. I said she neededto wear her mask over her nose. She very rudely said "I was!" I said I just watched you (her) the whole time we were waiting bythe window. Without another word she pushed past me to walk away from me to the back of the store. Very unprofessional, unsafeclerk. I have used this Casey's several times, and it's okay. Good for a quick stop. However the lights on the words don't work on half... of them at night and the other evening while the employees were counting out money before switching people, they just let mestand there for 5 minutes without recognizing I was there. I had to finally ask if they were still open or not and then theyapologized for the wait. I would like to recommend the idea that even if the customer doesn't always come first, to pleaseacknowledge them when they are at the counter and let them know how long the wait will be. Makes the customer relationship muchstronger then leaving them their to dry :) Read more
