Although they share the same problems with getting enough employees as other businesses they don't lack in their food. Chicken... was excellent, I asked for a Taco pizza so they made one , the ice cream is so smooth. I wish Pizza Ranch would cross theMississippi and come to Indiana. Read more
Might as well close down if you can't find help. No sense in charging me and my crew $13 each to just tell us you don't have... pizza because the cook is doing dishes and the dishwasher didn't show up. Just put a sign up that you are closed rather thanhave a bunch of people waiting for food you're not cooking. After talking with the Manager, Stacey, she told me she wasn'tgiving me a refund because I could have had a salad. That is NOT what I came to PIZZA ranch to eat... Geeze... Lesson learned,never go there. No wonder 3 employees didn't show up and quit the same night. Stacey was very unpleasant. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.
Under new management. While we enjoyed the previous staff, the new staff has elevated the dining out experience significantly.... Yeah, it is just s pizza buffet. But the pizza is always fresh. They kept it stocked even right through the end.. it wasdelicious and they were kind. I don't know why, but I was turkey enamored by the experience. Read more
Was terrible. No chicken, just a few pieces of pizza, no one running desk, and waited 10 minutes to pay to eat. Chicken finally... came out and was devoured in 4 minutes like a pack of piranhas attacking an animal. Im sure they were short staffed, but itseemed like they avoided even coming out of cooking area to offer guests an explanation. Will never go back to this one inFairfield IA. They may be closed because they were not open 09/13/22. This was very unusual for this restaurant. They usuallyhave a well run business, but this was pure chaos. Read more
