Don?t even bother ordering online from this location. The order is NEVER correct! $6.50 for double steak and barely had any... steak at all! This is very consistent and I have complained about this so much that I?m now writing a review. When these onlineorders come in could someone PLEASE read what the order is and complete it correctly. A few months ago we quit eating here for lunch because there was always with our food. Gave them another chance and it's been a... complete turn around. The past few orders have been great and it's been ready on time. Read more

Picture this. 2 guys with long shoulder length dreadlocks making your bowl. They both have their dreads just hanging, with no... hair net and not pulled back or up whatsoever, just hanging from under a hat. One was making my bowl while the other was next tohim kneeling down/bent over in front of my bowl getting something from under the assembly table, right in front of my bowl. Youguessed it, one, two, or a few of his dreads dipped into my bowl like nobody's business while he was bent over getting whateverhe was getting. True story. Read more

I love Chipotle! I eat it literally every day for lunch. I'm diabetic, and it's the only fast food I have found I can eat that... doesn't cause my glucose to skyrocket. But this particular location is horrible!!! I've watched online pick up orders standthere the whole time while I go through the line and eat, and the poor people are still waiting for their order. Almost everyother day. There's some issue. Today for example, @11:05am the doors where locked with a sign posted "online orders only". Last week two different days again at 11am and after. The doors were locked for some unexplainable reason. Either no oneshowed up for prep. They didn't have enough people to open. I get there @11am just about every day. Alot of times employeesare strolling in, probably late and weren't there when their shift started. The manager has a attitude. And if he's workingthe line, he shorts you. Then when you ask for a little more cheese, or chicken, or sourcream because he's skimped you. Hewants to charge you extra. He'll put like 10 shreds of cheese on your item, and claim it's a ounce and thats their portionsize. I'm thinking "bro, I sold dope for decades. I could eye ball a ounce. And that's not a ounce"! Like I said, I lovechipotle. But this location needs a new manager, people to show up on time, and some structure. It's one of the mostdisfunctional locations I've ever seen! Read more

Friendly workers, but the food is 2/5 stars. Lettuce didn?t look great, too much sour cream, white rice that tasted like plain... white rice, fajita vegetables not fully cooked, and very little carnitas. Read more

Typically, we have a great experience, but this time I had hard pieces of chicken and something that was as hard as a bone. Once... they forgot half our items, and I never could get compensation to show up on our app, so I will not bother this time. Twoothers, in our household, enjoyed their items. I order for myself and my coworkers from here about once a week online. Sometimes this place is good, other times this place is... trash. For what it costs, there should be some consistency and accountability. 3 times I have gotten chicken from this placethat looks like it came from the scorching bowels of hades. Like, bud, I get it that you burnt some chicken. No worries, lifegoes on. But please stop trying to sell it to me. Just throw it in the trash and move on. Unacceptable. I feel like they justthrow all the garbage in the "online order" line and hope no one complains. Then they just give you a "free entre" anddisconnect from you if you do complain. Boo. Read more

Consistently slow, online orders are usually 20 minutes late, the staff has zero sense of urgency and the end product is a joke... compared to other locations. Edit: Had to drop it to one star. This store is a joke, after several months of avoiding thisstore I gave it another shot. I just picked up my online order 45 MINUTES AFTER THE PROMISE TIME! Please fire the entiremanagement team.
